Shipping

Please keep in mind that processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. All in-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, if not sooner. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once the order has shipped, it is in the hands of our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or our international shipping partner). We will provide you with a tracking number if applicable. Please note that a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may result in potential delays. Please be patient and let us know if we can help!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is currently free US-based shipping on order of $150 or more. No duties are charged on orders shipped within the US. Tracking will be provided when possible and order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order to Canada will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All other orders shipped internationally are $15. In both cases, tracking will be provided when possible and order should arrive within 5-22 business days.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. Customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to customers that do not pay customs duties.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (21 days for international shipping) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at crew@pynrs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, or if requested, exchange the item. For more information, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Please note that returns and exchanges for international customers are not always possible. When they are, international customers are responsible for shipping, taxes, and duties for refunds and/or exchanges. In the event of a refund, PYNRS will refund the full purchase price of the order, less shipping, taxes, and duties.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at crew@pynrs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
