Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day refund/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds and exchanges for US customers are free. Refunds and exchanges for international customers are not always possible. When they are, international customers are responsible for shipping, taxes, and duties for refunds and/or exchanges. In the event of a refund, PYNRS will refund the full purchase price of the order, less shipping, taxes, and duties.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation, select Request a Return from the bottom of any page, or click access your account.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter the email address used to make the purchase, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note letting us know if you’d like a refund or exchange.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, we’ll move forward with your refund or exchange.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCHANGES
After we’ve received and inspected your return, and we have your desired exchange in stock, we will process your exchange and ship your item.
